I love biking because you can choose whatever method best suits you for the day, whether it is for commuting, exercise, leisure or all of the above, the options are endless. I particularly love going on biking excursions or going on long family bike rides and seeing where the road takes us and what the next curve might bring or what beautiful site we might come across.

I love that I can get in a short, intense workout downstairs in my house with my son playing next to me. I get my exercise (and stress relief!), time with my baby and he gets to see mom being active! Between what I create myself and the exercise videos online I get a different workout in every time!

Weight training is one of my favorite types of physical activity because I love the feeling of going to the next set of weights and competing with myself. There are many varieties of weight training workouts such as HIIT, circuits, or traditional. I love to mix up my workouts by weight training 3-4 times per week. These workouts make me feel powerful and confident, that is what I love the most!
